Nationwide Mail-In Electronics Repair
We accept mail-in repair orders from customers throughout the contiguous United States — all Lower 48 states.
You get the same repair process as our local Minnesota customers — a starting estimate up front, a hands-on diagnosis once the device arrives, and no work until you approve the price. The only difference is the device travels by mail instead of in your car.
How mail-in repair works
Submit your request
Tell us the device, the symptoms, and where you are. We reply with a starting estimate and our shipping instructions.
Ship the device
Pack it snugly with your name and phone number inside, and send it to P.O. Box 26, Delano, MN 55328 with whichever tracked carrier you prefer.
Diagnosis and approval
We inspect the device in person, confirm the fault and the final price, and wait for your go-ahead before touching anything.
Repair and return
Once approved, we complete the repair, test the device, and ship it back to you.
What you can mail in
Game consoles, desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and most other consumer electronics. If you are not sure whether your device is a good mail-in candidate, describe it in the request form and we will tell you straight away.

- Which states do you accept mail-in repairs from?
- We accept mail-in repair orders from anywhere in the contiguous United States — all Lower 48 states. Local Minnesota customers in our eight service counties can also choose mail-in if the drive is not worth it.
- How do I start a mail-in repair?
- Submit the repair request form with your device and symptoms first. We respond with a starting estimate and shipping instructions before you send anything.
- What should I include in the box?
- Pack the device snugly with padding, include a note with your name and phone number, and mail it to P.O. Box 26, Delano, MN 55328. Include accessories only if they are part of the problem (for example a power cable for a no-power issue). Do not include cases, games, or SD cards.
- Which carrier should I use?
- Whichever you prefer — USPS, UPS, or FedEx all work. We recommend a tracked, insured service for anything you would not want to lose in transit.
- Do I pay before the repair?
- No. You get a diagnosis and a price first, and the repair only happens after you approve it. If you decline, we return the device.
- What if the device cannot be repaired?
- We will tell you plainly, and we do not bill for repairs we cannot complete. The device comes back to you.
