What counts as a successful referral

All three of these have to happen before a reward is issued.

    You refer a new customer to DJ’s Electronic Repairs.

  • 2

    The referred customer completes a paid electronic repair.

  • 3

    Once the repair is completed and payment is confirmed, your reward is issued.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us who you referred

    Fill out the referral form below with your contact information and the details of the person you referred.

  2. Step 2

    They bring in or mail in the device

    We match your referral when the new customer contacts us or drops off their device.

  3. Step 3

    Repair completed and paid

    Once their repair is finished and payment is confirmed, the referral is marked eligible.

  4. Step 4

    You get your gift card

    We send your $20 Amazon Gift Card and let you know by text or email.

  • Self-referrals are not eligible.
  • Duplicate customers (someone who is already a customer) are not eligible.
  • Canceled repairs are not eligible.
  • Unpaid repairs are not eligible.
