Questions? Call or text 763-204-0411.
- Do my hours expire or reset each month?
- No. Prepaid hours roll over and never reset monthly. Unused time stays in your account until you use it.
- Can I use hours on more than one device?
- Yes. Your hours work for any device you bring in — your own, your family’s, or your business’s — at our Delano location.
- How are parts billed?
- Prepaid hours cover bench labor only. If a repair needs parts, we bill them at cost and only after you approve them.
- What if a job takes longer than my balance?
- We deduct the actual bench time used. If it runs past your balance, we’ll let you know and any extra time is billed at your package’s discounted hourly rate.
- Where is the work done?
- All prepaid labor is in-shop bench time at our physical service location: 137 Bridge Ave E, Upper Level Suite 240, Delano, MN 55328. Mobile visits and mail-in repairs are priced separately.
- How do I book time?
- After you buy a pack, open the Labor Hours tab in your account, pick a service and an open drop-off time from our calendar. Your estimated time is reserved, and only actual time used is deducted.
