- Tech coaching is one-on-one help with the technology you already own. Instead of a repair, you get a person who walks you through your phone, computer, TV, or smart-home device and explains it in plain language.
- Do you offer tech help near Delano, MN?

- No. Coaching is for questions, setup, and learning. If we find a hardware problem during a session, we can also handle the repair side, so you are not sent somewhere else.
- What happens in a 60-minute session?
- You bring the questions or problems on your list and we work through them together, at your pace, with explanations you can repeat on your own later.
- Do I have to sign up for a membership?
- No. You can book a single one-time session. Memberships are for people who want a technology expert on call every month instead of a one-off visit.
- Can you help with senior tech support or family technology?
- Yes. A lot of coaching work is patient, no-jargon help for older adults, plus coordinating devices and accounts across a whole household.
