Phone Repair in Delano, MN — and Nationwide by Mail

A cracked screen or a dead charging port does not mean a new phone. We repair iPhone and Android handsets — displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and buttons — with the fault confirmed before any part is ordered.

Bring the phone to our Delano service location during business hours (8:30 AM–7:30 PM daily), or mail it in from anywhere in the contiguous United States. You get a starting estimate up front and a final price after the in-person diagnosis.

Typical starting range$131 – $255Starting estimate only. The final price is confirmed after we inspect the device. Diagnostic charges are approved at intake; repair work requires your approval.

Standard intake is a $25 bench fee for intake and physical shelf space plus a $45 diagnostic fee covering the first 30 minutes of diagnostic bench time. Declined or unrepairable devices owe a flat $70, plus return shipping for mail-in orders. When deeper repair or board-level work is needed beyond the first 30 minutes, approved shop labor continues in 20-minute increments at $40 per increment ($120/hour). We agree on hidden-damage and additional-work limits at intake before proceeding.

How the repair runs

Diagnosis before parts

Phone displays are the single biggest part cost, so we confirm the display is actually the fault before ordering anything.

Screen replacement

Screen work includes transferring the original components across where the model requires it, then testing touch and brightness across the full panel.

Charging ports and batteries

We clean and inspect the port first — debris is a common culprit. Genuine port damage and worn batteries are both replaceable.

Function testing

Before the phone goes back, we test calls, speakers, microphone, cameras, buttons, and charging.

Before you drop off or ship

  • Back up your phone and note whether you can unlock it — some repairs need testing after reassembly.
  • Remove the case and pop socket, and take out your SIM and memory card.
  • Do not ship a phone with a swollen battery — bring that one in instead.

Phone Repair questions

What are your liquid-damage terms?
Liquid-damaged devices require an upfront, non-refundable diagnostic/cleaning fee, with the amount confirmed and approved before work begins. They are serviced strictly As-Is / No Warranty because latent corrosion can cause future failures. Data recovery is a separate paid service.
How long does a phone screen repair take?
It depends on the model and on parts availability, so we give you a timeframe once we have your exact phone and have confirmed the fault. We do not quote a turnaround before we know what the repair actually involves.
My screen is cracked but the phone still works. Should I fix it?
Worth doing sooner than later. A cracked panel lets moisture and debris reach the display layers, which can turn a glass repair into a full display replacement.
Will a screen repair erase my data?
No — a screen replacement does not touch your storage. Back up anyway before any repair, as a matter of good practice.
My phone got wet. What should I do first?
Power it off and leave it off, do not charge it, and get it to us as soon as possible. Water damage gets worse with time and with power applied, so speed matters more than anything you can do at home. An upfront non-refundable diagnostic/cleaning fee is agreed before work; liquid-damaged devices are As-Is / No Warranty.
